PDF Abstract (PDF, 14 KB)
Summary / Zusammenfassung Interorganizational Information Systems (IOS), as an element of
Business-to-Business Electronic Commerce, are rapidly becoming an essential resource for competitive success. At the same time, the capabilities of such systems are evolving, coincident with new business relationships and strategies. We analyze the evolving issues of IOS from the standpoint of a company, making strategic decisions about IOS development. Our research focuses on the development of planning guidelines to assist the implementation of IOS, combining the survey and case study methodology.
