Summary / Zusammenfassung	The aim of this project is to explain how international organizations can 1) protect developing countries against the volatility of global finance without compromising their ability to tap external resources; 2) help developing countries design social policies that can increase social resiliance without perpetuating the need for external aid and assistance.
