Summary / Zusammenfassung	The objectives of this study are to identify new cases of PMS2-deficient colorectal cancers in Lucerne and nearby Cantons; to characterize the kindreds of cases carrying PMS2-deficient tumors; and to characterize the type of alterations in the PMS2 gene in the index cases and in other family members
