Summary / Zusammenfassung Endothelin-1 has been implicated in endocrine regulation. This project is focussed to define the role of endothelin in the develeopment of experimental autoimmune "type 1" diabetes and the pathological alterations associated with, particularly with regard to changes in vascular function and gene expression.
