| Summary / Zusammenfassung | Based on the results of a model case, i.e. a hillfort and ritual site situated at the entrance of the Alps, the changing features of land use and interregional communication are investigated. The chronological range covers the later prehistoric and the protohistoric periods, from 3200 BC to 800 AD. The project includes case studies in materials science and osteology. | ||||||
