Title / Titel	Autologous retransfusion of filtered shed blood versus closed suction wound drainage versus nondrainage after MIS total hip arthroplasty: a prospective randomized trial

Summary / Zusammenfassung	Es wird die optimale postoperative Behandlung nach Imploantation einer Hüfttotalprothese (MIS) untersucht. Hierzu werden 3 Gruppen à 40 Patienten (insgesamt 120 Patienten) rekrutiert. Eine Gruppe erhält postoperativ keine Drainage, die zweite Gruppe eine einfache Redondrainage und die dritte Gruppe eine retransfusionsdrainage (Bellovac, ABT). Anhand folgender Faktoren (Hämatom, Infektion, Transfusionsbedürftigkeit, AUftreten heterotoper Ossifikationen, Schmerzintensität, Hospitalisationsdauer, Kosten, Wundheilung, etc.) soll abschliessend eine Therapieempfehlung gegeben werden.
