| Summary / Zusammenfassung | “Responsibility” and “power” both are dealt with in a restricted form only in economics. A first goal is to investigate the corresponding limitation of the definition and application of these concepts. A second goal is to develop richer concepts to deal with questions of “responsibility” and “power” in economics. Of particular importance is to address not only actors related to questions of “power”, but also the institutional paths that transmit power through an economy. The ultimate goal is to contribute to a critique and enrichment of the predominant neoclassical approach in economics. Thereby, it is of paramount importance to address these topics in a truly discursive and cooperative manner, based on a synthesis rather than opposition, on mutual understanding rather than prejudices. Thus, I will tightly relate my research to neoclassical economics as a reference frame. |
